Job Description:

Manager of Operations Perioperative & Interventional Billing and Scheduling

Manager of Operations Perioperative & Interventional Billing and Scheduling is seeking a skilled leader!

Position Highlights:

Manage of Operations of the Perioperative and Interventional Billing and Scheduling Teams. Staff management, general administration, financial activities and project management.

Designs, implements and supports RUMC policies and procedures

Reviews relevant workflows and metrics and recommends changes as necessary.

Serves as liaison to clinical staff, hospital departments, and other departments as appropriate to organize, coordinate and ensure timely and accurate completion of all required processes.

Oversees offices expenses to meet budget targets.

Assists the Director, Business Manager and Project Managerwith projects including process and operational planning and financial and performance analysis. Assumes a leadership role in the absence of other leaders within the Department.


Bachelor’s degree required .

Two or more years of prior healthcare experience required

Management experience required

Experience in billing or scheduling preferred

Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements

EPIC experience preferred
