Rush Copley Medical Center Pickleball Instructor in Aurora, Illinois

Position Summary: The Pickleball Instructor is responsible for the instruction of adult and youth Pickleball group and private lessons.

Provides participants with high quality professional instruction that focuses on learning, safety and enjoyment.

Responsible for providing Pickleball instruction to both adult and youth participants.

Responsible for conducting special events and round robin tournaments.

Work with community groups to develop, promote and maintain the growth of Pickleball.

Attend mandatory departmental meetings and all-staff meetings.

Ensure court appearance and surrounding areas are presentable.

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with all members, guests, and co-workers.

Be willing to work hours necessary for a successful operation.

Position Requirements

Maintain at least one national recognized certification in the Pickleball industry.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Maintain current CPR/AED certification.

Understand and engage in appropriate interaction with guests.
